This day will take us north along the Hudson River, but not too far north. First stop will be for a morning visit to the U.S. military acamdemy at West Point. From there we can visit New Paltz and its preservation of colonial times buildings. In the Kingston area, there is the Old Senate State Historical Site, the Rondout waterfront area and the Hudson Maritime Museum. If time permits, we can end our touring day by a short trip to the east side of the Hudson River for a look at the vintage aircraft at the Rhinebeck Aerodrome. If not, we'll do that first thing tomorrow.
