Before entering California, we can stop off at Kerby and visit its Kerbyville Museum, or the County Museum at Cave Junction. Once we're in California, we start down the seacoast, visiting Smith River on the banks of Rowdy Creek. The Redwood National Park has preserved the giant redwoods for all to enjoy. At Cresent City, we can see the harbor, its lighthouse and Battery Point Island. The last stop for the day will be Fort Humboldt.
