For a 70+ year old, semi-retired person, I get around. I think my workout each morning at 5AM has paid dividends because I can hike up mountain trails in both summer and winter with not too much difficulty. Here's camera timer shot of me on the slopes of Slide Mountain, elevation 9500 feet above sea level. When they say 'High Sierras', they mean HIGH SIERRAS - a beautiful mountain range.
