The main entrance to the mosque had an ordinary arched doorway, but not all entrance/exits were as simple. During our tour of the mosque, we came upon the entrance shown in this phote. Needless to say this entrance/exit had ornate design, combining archways, steps and a rotunda-like lobby or vestibule. You can't help but be impressed. I was.
