The ship's main galley is located on the deck below the dining room on the Promenade deck, but located directly behind the dining room is the serving galley which performed final food preparation, for any one of the dining venues - tea on the port side, breakfast buffets and dinners in the dining room, or food served on the Lido deck. It was interesting to watch the serving efficiency of the ship's crew, regardless of which location a meal was held at. Well done.
