Not all buffet breakfasts are the same. Trust me, I've had a few, both good and not so good. The Hotel Melia Colon in Seville, Spain gets my commendation for putting out a good spread. The choices were many, the dining room was attractive and comfortable, and the service was good. Add to this, they offered champaign, which few hotel buffets do. I was impressed. Well done.
