We had our lunch this day in Ulaan Baatar at a restaurant housed in a large yurt. As with all our meals on the trip, the food was quite good. But of greater interest was the folk music performance given after we had finished our meal.
Very few in our group spoke Russian, so for most of us, listening to music was limited to the rhythmic sounds of the instruments and the singers. The musicians attire was not to be overlooked and their colors added to the mystic air of the performance. Well done!
