By this time, I had viewed the Vladivostok harbor from several high vantage points. The weather was quite mild for a July day, so why not take a cruise on the water and see things from that level? The cruise boat was nothing special but it accommodated our group quite nicely and we were able to move about freely to get a better view if something in particular interested us. With sea breezes and salt air in our faces, it was a pleasant way to spend the afternoon.
