I slept fairly well during the overnight flight from Los Angeles to Seoul, Korea. Originally, our itinerary would have been a direct flight, Los Angeles to Vladivostok, Russia, but Korean Airlines discontinued that flight. Our revised itinerary has us fly LA to Seoul, a seven hour layover, and then a flight to Vladivostok.
On arrival at Seoul, it was good just to get up and walk about. Once all of our group had disembarked, we waited for our program leader to tell us about our temporary stay at the airports transit hotel.
