You may laugh or question my judgement, but I thought our group's visit to a private kindergarten near our hotel was a major treat and the highlight (for me at least) for our visit to Budapest.
I love children and this group of Hungarian youth were well behaved and most proud of their opportunity to put on a performance for us. They followed the lead of their teacher, with some needing a bit of guidance regarding the specific performance being given, but overall, our visit to their school was absolutely delightful.
After the scheduled performaqnce, we were free to look around the school, stepping into the various rooms where play or school were held. The kidnergarten even had their own indoor swimming pool, where lessons were given. I was duly impressed with the school, and most of all, the children.
