Our group was bussed to the Helsinki airport based on our departure time. Fortunately, me and others were on the 11AM bus because of our flight to Copenhagen where we connected to our respective overseas flights. The bad news was the overseas flights. Door to door, Helsinki to Copenhagen, to Seattle, to Reno, Nevada, was a 20 hour travel day for me. Not fun.
The Helsinki airport is fairly new and had numerous duty free shops were travelers can spend their money. I wound up spending my money at the Copenhagen duty free shops, buying Danish candy and other things for friends and relatives.
