On this day our group packed our bags in preparation for a later departure from Stockholm and a car ferry journey to our next destination, Helsinki, Finland. Until our departure however we had a full day of activities. After a morning lecture, we were off to Gamlastan (Old Town) and once again we could enjoy walking through the narrow streets of the area.
This photo might appear to some as pointless but such is not the case. It illustrates common Swedish architecture, if nothing else, and suggests a way of life. I thought the Scandinavian cities were quite clean and generally free of graffiti or litter.
