It was a short stay but we had fun - 4WD through the hills, dance show, swimming at the hotel's beach and so on. So here we are, readyto move onto Huahine, one of the other islands in French Polynesia. Huahine is a smaller island so I didn't expect to find "big things", but rather a small, laid back kind of place.
And speaking of small, the Moorea airport is no DFW. We arrived at Moorea by ferry so we didn't know in advance that the airport would be small, but given the size of the island, we could have guessed that. But, in any case, we got checked in promptly and waited patiently for our inter-island flight. Time for post card shopping or whatever.
