As I got up and had my morning coffee on the pation at the Inn, I noticed a cruise ship off in the distance at Rarotonga. One of our group had a pair of binoculars out that morning and I asked if he could read any writing on gthe ship's hull. He told me is was a Princess Cruise ship, named the Tahtien Princess. I was impressed that the cruise line includeed Rarotonga on their South Pacific itinerary. After all, it's not the more famous Tahiti or Fiji.
Well, having had my minimal continental breakfast, I dressed for a walk, straped on my camera and off I went to the docks at Avarua, the main town.
