As guests, we had nothing to do with the preparation or serving of the umu meal. Pa's family attended to all things related the meal - dishing out a bit of everything for each of us, serving us the food and beverages, and finishing the meal with dessert and the clearingof the table. A restaurant could not have done a better job. No one left hungry from this meal. I really enjoyed the baked chicken and lamb. Thank goodness, no fish tonight.
