This phote shows the view from the Sails restaurant and across the Muri Beach lagoon. I think the picure speaks for itself, with the beauty of the blue water and the mystery of an uninhabited island (except when people like us drop anchor there and have lunch, on a different day). I'm not sure but I don't think the water is deep here in the lagoon, maybe six feet. Being salt water, you probably could bouy yourself and 'walk' across the lagoon.
