I'm sure you have heard of the ship's crew and the expedition crew. Here's a photo of the "motley crew", namely our Elderhostel group. If you notice a lot of grey hairs, remember that Elderhostel's charter/mission is to provide education and travel for senior citizens. You should recognize one senior citizen on the extreme right side of this photo.
All things considered, for a group photo, it didn't turn out to badly. Photo composition one can do something about. Subject matter is another story - sorry, no help there.
