It's nice to visit a place where everyone knows your name and what you'd like to drink. Sandy, the bar keep aboard the Polar Star, made happy hour happy. She quickly learned your name and what your beverage preference might be. She and her helpers served beverages at lunch as well as in the ship's bar. When not serving drinks at sea, she calls Nova Scotia home for the other seven months of the year.
