I'm not sure what I expected for a hotel in this rather remote part of the world, but the Hotel Glaciar proved to be quite a nice accomodation. The rooms were good, the food good and our meeting room was like most hotel meeting rooms in North America. The hotel sits high on a mountain ridge with a great view of Ushuaia and the waterway called the Beagle Channel, our outlet to the ocean and Antarctica
