During my forty year IBM career and at least ten years into my retirement, I wrote and distributed a CICS newsletter, to upwards of 4000 people located around the world. I retired from IBM at the end of 1996 but continued to write and distribute the newsletter, free of charge, until 2005 when I decided to retire fully from activites involving computers and CICS.
As of July 2005, I announced the discontinuance of the CICS Newsletter and over time my web site will remove CICS and computer related information transforming the web site to more of a personal web site.
